Our Hall is available for your event
****Faith United requires that any and all rental requests by non-members MUST be made a minimum of 30-days in advance, which includes providing a signed application and the security deposit, in cash. Requests made less than 30 days ahead must be brought before the church council, which meets once a month.****

Our hall is available to rent for your next party, baby shower, or whatever your need may be. We also rent to sports groups on weekday evenings. There is a volleyball net, with plates in the floor to mount it. It can accommodate up to 200 guests. Tables and chairs are included in the cost of the rental. We have 8' rectangular tables and 5' diameter round tables. Table covers are not available. You can find more information lower on this page.
Complete Commercial Kitchen
For an additional cost, our full-sized commercial kitchen is available for your use. There is a steam table as well. There is a back room with deep sinks for cleaning and prep. The refrigerator is available for your use. A freezer is not available to the public. You are able to use our pots and pans, but you are asked to bring your own utensils. We only ask that our property be respected as you would your own.
DUE TO INSURANCE RESTRICTIONS, NO INFLATABLE DEVICES ARE PERMITTED IN THE HALL OR OUTSIDE IN THE PARKING LOT.
Effective 08/08/2022 Faith United will no longer accept checks as payment for either the deposit and the rental fees. CASH OR MONEY ORDER ARE NOW THE ONLY ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT.

IT IS ENTIRELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RENTER TO KNOW AND ABIDE BY ALL THE RULES SEEN IN THE APPLICATION AND THE BUILDING POLICY USE GUIDE. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF DEPOSIT OR OTHER SANCTIONS. YOU AGREE TO EVERYTHING, WHETHER YOU READ THEM OR NOT, WHEN YOU SIGN THE APPLICATION.
We are pleased to be able to offer the use of our facilities to the community around us. Our rental rates are more than competitive with other venues in this area. We ask that everyone renting the hall please show due respect for the property and its contents as if they were your own home. Due to the actions of a very few renters, some much stricter regulations, that all are expected to abide by, have been put in place. We rent to the public in good faith; we expect the same courtesy from our guests.
No alcohol is permitted in or around the church property. There is no smoking inside any area of the church, and we ask that everyone use the designated smoking area in the parking lot, which is located in the Prayer Garden among the trees in the middle of the lot. All are asked to pick up any debris that may be inadvertently left on the ground to help maintain the appearance of our church.
Your request to rent the facilities must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the date you wish to use. If it is less than 30 days, your request will need to be forwarded to our church council for approval. The council meets once a month, so your request cannot be secured right away. An application form, which has our Fee Schedule on it, and our Building Use Policy manual are linked at the bottom of this page. Both can be downloaded and/or printed for your convenience. Also, before applying, please call the church office to check whether the date you wish to rent is available. You may also use the form below to request a date. Be aware that requesting a date by using the form on this page DOES NOT assure that date is available.
There is a $125.00 security deposit due at the time of application. Payment can be cash or money order. No checks will be accepted. No date is secure until the deposit and signed application have been received in the church office, and this must be done at least 30 days prior to your event. This deposit is refundable, provided the specifications on the application are fully met. Please use the request form below or call the church office, (419)473-1369, to see if the date you wish to reserve is available.
PLEASE NOTE - Your event is not secured until the deposit payment and a signed application has been furnished to the office. Using the request form below only says whether the date you request is available or not.
SINGLE EVENT FEE SCHEDULE (these fees are in addition to the security deposit and are payable in cash or money order only). The amounts in italics are for use with kitchen. You may rent for longer than 12 hours. Simply use the rate for the 10-12 hour block then add the hourly rate for the number of extra hours for the rental fee. ALL INDIVIDUAL MUST BE OUT OF THE BUILDING BEFORE 10:00 P.M.
